Gyu-Toro-Don

We are licensed to serve raw beef at our restaurant.
Only KOSO is allowed to serve Gyu-toro-don.

Gyu-toro-don is a rice bowl dish.
It is hot rice topped with raw ground beef, Ikura and an egg yolk.
This dish is not seasoned.
Please pour the soy sauce or garlic soy sauce over it and mix well.
You can an array of flavors from the first to the last bite.
